In Level 2, students build upon their foundational skills to master the art of presentation, efficient workflow, and basic technical problem solving and maintenence. Level 2 graduates are well prepared to lead behind any well reputed bar, nationally or internationally. This course is an intensive two day session and includes a practical exam for Level 2 certification on Day 2.

All courses are held in our SCA Certified Coffee Education Lab at 2737 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA. All courses also include lunch and a comprehensive course manual. There are a variety of accommodations in Seattle that can be booked online. Contact us if you need help or recommendations.

All sales on educational courses are final. In the event you must cancel, you may apply your course fees to a future course or transfer to another person for a 15% administrative fee. Any changes must be made at minimum 7 days prior to the course taking place.
