From the genius of Hario, the cold brew tower is a gorgeous and delicious way to prepare cold brew coffee. After a few simple steps, the resulting concentrate is smooth and very low in acidity but retains full body and caffeine.

The Cold Brew process takes approximately 24 hours from start to finish. The cold concentrate drips into a 40oz glass decanter with a sealing lid for safe storage. Cold brew can be kept sealed in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.

Grind setting should be very coarse - percolator if possible.
