Policies

Please allow up to 3 business days to process and ship your order. All orders will be shipped via UPS ground unless specified otherwise. For rush orders (next-day, 2-day, etc.) please call 1-800-277-7277 and speak to one of our representatives.

CARRIERS:
Visions Espresso proudly uses UPS as our default carrier. Please call 800-277-7277 or Email if you prefer to use another carrier.

FedEx: If you prefer to use FedEx, we ask that you arrange a pickup.

USPS: If you prefer to use USPS please note that we only make 1 post office run per week.

If you prefer to use another carrier besides UPS Visions Espresso will not be liable for lost, stolen, broken, and/or late packages. We will do our best to get your order to you safely and in a timely manner, but cannot guarantee positive results.

If you need to revise your order after it has been confirmed and packed you have the option to create a new order or pay a repackaging fee of up to $15 (based on time). A packaging/materials fee for delicate or over-sized items may apply and will be added to the actual shipping cost. Neon orders will be charged a $25 packing/handling fee.

BACKORDERS:
All back orders and special orders will ship separately unless otherwise noted by the customer. We will promptly notify you of any backorders to discuss options, if we do not hear back from you within 48 hours, we will ship what we have in stock and ship the backordered item when we receive our order. An additional shipping charge will occur.

PAYMENT ISSUES:
In the event a credit card is declined for any reason, we will promptly notify you to discuss options. If we do not hear back from you within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled.

SPECIAL ORDERS: All Special Orders are non-refundable and require a 50% deposit for orders over $100. Special Orders generally take longer to process and may include additional charges.

**If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund on the product total*. A 15% re-stocking fee will be added after 30 days.

RETURNS: Customer must first obtain written permission and shipping instructions from Visions before returning merchandise; otherwise, returned merchandise will be refused upon arrival and Visions will assume no responsibility therefore. All approved returns must be received within 30 days of authorization. All returns must be returned pre-paid and insured. Equipment should be properly packed in original cartons. Approved returns of merchandise found to be defective (subject to inspection by Visions and/or Manufacturer), or merchandise shipped in error by Visions, will be accepted for full credit and Visions will pay return freight charges. Equipment damaged in shipment will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number from our factory. Credit will be issued if product if product is returned in perfect condition. No Returns or Refunds after 60 days. All returns beyond 60 days will be refused and returned to company returning the product.

DAMAGE: There is no warranty on electronics or any breakable items unless specified by the maufacturer. Visions is not responsible for breakage. Damages caused by shipping must be reported within 48 hours to receive credit or replacement. All packing materials and damaged items must be kept for inspection purposes. If these requirements are not met then Visions can not guarantee positive results. Please call if you have any questions.

WARRANTY:
* Home Machines: Unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer or Visions, all home espresso machines come with a one year non-wearing parts and labor warranty.
1. Warranty duration is 1 year from the date of purchase.
2. The warranty covers all damages that can be attributed to inferior materials or defective workmanship. Corresponding equipment will be repaired or replaced free-of-charge, with the exception of transport or freight charges. Transport is the responsibility of the customer. Therefore, avoid damages with all returns by correct packing and insurance.
3. The equipment may only be opened for cleaning purposes in accordance with the Operating Instructions.
4. This warranty does not cover damages which have occurred through: Improper usage, improper maintenance, lack of servicing, usage for purposes other than those intended, incorrect installation, incorrect voltage, breakage, poor water quality, natural wear or for reasons beyond our sphere of influence.
5. In order to maintain the warranty, only original spare parts and accessory parts may be used.
6. Equipment purchased from Visions can only be worked on by a Visions Technician unless otherwise stated by Visions. The warranty does not cover costs resulting from repairs conducted by non-authorized personnel.

*Commercial Machines: Unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer or Visions, all commercial espresso machines come with a one year non-wearing parts only warranty.
1. Warranty duration is 1 year from the date of purchase.
2. Covers parts required to remedy and defects in materials and/or workmanship only. Visions Espresso will repair or replace parts that we determine to be defective. This warranty does not cover parts damaged by accident, abuse and/or improper use of equipment such as operating equipment using inadequately filtered water or the operation of the machine without adequate water. All espresso equipment requires the use of a regionally appropriate water treatment system for optimal performance and reliability. The warranty does not cover parts commonly subject to wear and tear.
3. Transport is the responsibility of the customer. Therefore, avoid damages with all returns by correct packing and insurance.
4. The equipment may only be opened for cleaning purposes in accordance with the Operating Instructions.
