The Toddy Maker Cold Brew System commercial model produces a bold, smooth (low acid) concentrate that is superior to powders and hot-brewed liquids in overall mixability, quality and taste. The filters for the commercial model are single use, and the nylon strainer bag should last for up to 50 batches. The 5 gallon brewing container is high grade food grade plastic and will serve you for many years.
